Utilxen provides free browser-based utility tools. This policy describes how the public Phase 1 tools process information.

Local file tools

Flagship PDF, image, and static QR tools are designed to process your files and payloads in your browser (or in a same-origin Web Worker / WASM module). Utilxen does not provide an upload API for these tools. Tools that display the “Processed on your device” badge have recorded production-build network-egress verification. Analytics

Product analytics use an allowlisted schema of coarse events (for example tool viewed, processing started/completed, error codes, size buckets). Filenames, file bytes, QR payloads, WiFi SSIDs/passwords, and similar sensitive fields are not collected. The default adapter is a no-op until an approved provider is configured.

Hosting & logs

The website is served over HTTPS. Standard web server/CDN logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested URLs. These logs are not used to reconstruct your private files.

Cookies

Phase 1 free tools do not require accounts or advertising cookies. If cookies are introduced later (for example consent or authenticated features), this policy will be updated before use.
