How resizing works here

Utilxen decodes your image in a Web Worker, computes the target size from your mode, then draws and re-encodes. Batch mode keeps per-file status and can download a ZIP of successes.

FAQ

Will resizing stretch my image?

Aspect ratio is locked by default. Unlock it only when you intentionally need different proportions. For fixed presets, choose Contain (letterbox), Cover (crop), or Stretch.

Can I make an image larger?

Upscaling is off by default because it can look soft. Enable “Allow upscaling” if you still need larger dimensions.

Are platform presets guaranteed?

Presets use the product baseline dimensions and are labeled for revalidation against current platform docs before marketing claims.

Are files uploaded?

This path resizes in a browser Web Worker. The “Processed on your device” badge reflects recorded network-egress verification for this tool.
